What’s on the table

My role is to bring clarity, calm, and practical solutions so you can focus on what you do best. You don’t have to have all the answers right now. That’s what I’m here for.

Below you will find the core services I offer, each designed to strengthen your concept, improve performance, and elevate the guest experience.

Financial Performance

  • Balance profitability with the intangibles that make people return — ambiance, generosity, and trust.

  • Help owners make smart investments in staff, decor, or guest experiences that pay off long-term.

  • Review P&Ls (profit and loss statements), budgets, and food/labor costs.

  • Identify areas of leakage or overspending.

  • Help set KPIs (key performance indicators) and improve margins.

Hospitality Training & Staff Development

  • Instill a culture of genuine hospitality, not just customer service.

  • Train FOH (front-of-house) staff to deliver warm, intuitive, and personalized service.

  • Teach how to read tables, handle complaints with grace, and build rapport with guests.

  • Develop training programs for servers, chefs, and managers.

  • Improve leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Set or restructure roles and responsibilities.

  • Create SOPs that support both efficiency and a sense of calm for guests.
